1955 Structo Semi-Trailer Freight Truck in Original Box
Pristine! Pressed steel "Semi-Trailer Freight Truck" by Structo. Never played with or used; near mint+ to mint condition complete with original box plus double sided color in-box brochure. All embossed pressed steel (no aluminum or zinc on this model) with brilliant lemon yellow cab and cherry red trailer running on eight solid black rubber heavy treaded tires. The four rear tires ride on a sort of independent suspension capable of adjusting to any terrain. Grille unit is a single piece of polished embossed tinplate and features a large "S" inside a diamond. Driver's and passenger doors have 100% of their original Structo Toys decals. Original box has each panel divided into four quarters with different colored backgrounds; red, (2) white and blue. Shows the correctly corresponding truck and catalog number on all panels and both endflaps. Includes all six original endflaps. Size: 17". Sold: Mar. 2010
